Signature Fitout delivered the Sushi Edo Newmarket venue with precision and attention to detail, blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern design elements. The project included full interior works such as feature timber wall panelling, ambient lighting, custom joinery, and back-of-house fitout — all completed within a tight retail footprint. Working within the constraints of a live shopping environment, the team ensured minimal disruption while achieving a polished, high-functioning space that reflects Sushi Edo’s brand identity.
